Installation Instructions

Caution when use machine :

1. Please use the correct voltage, input
voltage should be within the error range of plus or minus 10V and ensure machinery is properly grounded to prevent leakage caused by mechanical damage.

2, on the machine to make any adjustments, be sure to turn off the power and unplug to maintain security, do not let the child and
non-operating personnel close to avoid danger.

3, the computer box with an air gun to clean when blowing dust, do not have water, gas spray, if have, you please drying air
compressor, turn on the water treatment

4, where the weather is cold, inside the machine may therefore have frozen yellow oil , at room temperature and added lubricating
oil at lubricating position.

5, the machine is placed away from the wall behind the position of about 1M, left and right sides of the space must be left
maintenance.

6, the need to regularly check for chassis lubrication system normal operation

7, the device used to replace the hydraulic oil once a month, later replaced once a year

8, two-handed operation provides a serious warning when the factory machine operator, while working carefully hand into the die
