CNC Vertical Machine Center

The bed, table, saddle, column, headstock and other main parts are made of high-strength inoculated cast iron material. The molding is resin sand process, and the stress is eliminated by twice aging treatment. These large parts are optimized by 3D Design Software Solidworks, which improves the rigidity and stability of the large parts and the whole machine, and effectively suppresses the deformation and vibration of the machine tool caused by cutting force.

The surface shape of milling machine is generally composed of straight line, arc or other curves. Ordinary milling machine operator according to the requirements of the drawing. By changing the relative position between the cutter and the workpiece, and then matching with the selected milling cutter speed, the cutter can cut the workpiece, and then various workpieces of different shapes can be processed.

CNC machine tool processing is to divide the movement coordinates of the tool and the workpiece into the minimum unit, that is, the minimum displacement. According to the requirements of the workpiece program, the CNC system makes each coordinate move several minimum displacements, so as to realize the relative movement between the cutter and the workpiece, so as to complete the machining of the parts.
