Product Description

The mesh belt dryer is an efficient and energy-saving continuous drying equipment. Its core structure is composed of high temperature resistant stainless steel mesh belt, heating system, circulating fan and intelligent temperature control system. The mesh belt adopts high-strength stamping mesh design, which has excellent air permeability and can carry materials evenly and avoid blockage. Multi-layer independent temperature control area realizes layer drying, accurately controls moisture content, and ensures stable product quality. Compared with traditional drying equipment, its advantages are as follows: high hot air recycling rate, reduced energy consumption by 20% -30%; high degree of automation, supporting 24-hour continuous operation, greatly improving production efficiency; modular design flexible to adapt to different materials (such as food, medicinal materials,chemical raw materials), by adjusting the speed and temperature parameters of the mesh belt to complete the customized drying process. In addition, the equipment has good sealing performance and can be equipped with an optional dust removal device, which meets environmental protection requirements and is widely used in food processing, agricultural dehydration and industrial manufacturing.

Product Line

The raw materials are evenly sliced after pre-treatment, unqualified fragments are removed, and they are sent to the dryer through the conveyor belt. During the uniform operation of the mesh belt, the hot air circulation system penetrates the material to achieve dehydration, and the temperature and air speed are dynamically adjusted to ensure uniform drying. The drying process is equipped with a vibration device to prevent adhesion, and the moisture content is monitored in real time to automatically adjust the duration. The finished product is sorted and packaged after cooling, and passes foreign body detection and quality screening,and finally completes dry storage. The whole process of automatic control ensures high efficiency and low consumption, and strict control of all links to avoid pollution and loss.

Working Principle

Our mesh belt drying equipment spread the materials evenly on the steel mesh belt to ensure appropriate material thickness and spacing so that hot air can penetrate evenly ,drag the mesh belt by the transmission device so that the material can be fully in contact with the hot air during the drying process. The hot air flows through the material and takes away the moisture in the material.

The hot air volume, mesh belt running speed, temperature and humidity can be adjusted by the electric control system, to ensure the continuous and automatic operation.
