How does the Trommel screen machine sorting waste? The trommel screen machine is installed at an Angle, the motor drives the drum device to rotate around its axis. When the waste materials enters the drum, the waste rolls along the current. Waste smaller than the sieve hole is sorted out at the bottom outlet, while solid waste larger than the sieve hole continues to roll on the screen surface and is sorted out at the end outlet.

Trommel screen machine works in waste sorting recycling plant

1. The forklift transports the waste to the feeding platform, and the hopper will take away the waste. 2. The waste/garbage will be evenly distributed by the feeder, and then be evenly sent to the next process by the belt conveyor. 3. The waste will be send to trommel screen machine and sorted into two-part. one is that the diameter is large than 50mm (the plug hole size is designed 50-200mm according to the reality of waste). These wastes are mainly classified into bottles, plastic, shoe sole, clothes and so on. another one is less than 50mm undersized waste such as small stone and soil. At the same time, the waste metal will be picked out by a strong magnetic separation machine. 4. The remaining waste through the manual sorting platform.Workers will pick out that can be directly recycled waste.

5. The plastic will be packed by a baler machine; the stone and soil will be directly sent to outside for landfill or be crushed to make bricks; we can pick out the useful material from the waste, then recycle them.
