1. Silane-based coupling agent which delivers most balanced sizing properties
2. Special sizing formulation which delivers good bonding between chopped strands and matrix resin

4. Excellent mechanical properties and surface condition of composite products
Cut length: 3mm, 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, and so on. Accoding to client's requirements.

Fiberglass chopped strand for Thermoplastic

Chopped Strands for Thermoplastic are based on silane coupling agent and special sizing formulation, compatible with PA,PBT/PET,PP, AS/ABS, PC, PPS/PPO,POM, LCP;
E-Glass Chopped Stands for thermoplastic are know for excellent strand integrity, superior flowability and processing property,
Cut length: 3mm, 4.5mm and so on.

AR Chopped strand

Alkali resistant fiberglass is a special fiberglass that can be corrosive resistant to alkaline substance, such as cement. It can be used in glass fiber-reinforced cement (GRC), gypsum and other organic and inorganic material. It is also ideal replacement of steel and asbestos in unloaded cement component part. GRC has a light, high strength, incombustible, designable and easily shaped,
as new inorganic composites, it has been widely used in the fields of buildings, civil construction, agriculture and fishing
industry, environment decoration, chemical industry and military project.
Type: Pre-mixed and water-dispersed
(1)Premixed chopped strand: it has excellent properties with alkali resistance, stiffness, and bundle- state, ageing-proof. Mixed 20 minutes in cement at 50 rpm, can still keep good bundle state, will not dispersed to filaments.
(2)Water-dispersed strand: applied with water-dispersed size, the strand will disperse well to filaments in water in 10 seconds,and also disperse fast, appliance amount less, enlarge strength, can be used for surface crack-proof of GRC products.
