Product Description

JUHUAN AquariumSilicone Sealant is a one component fast cure structural silicone sealant. It has the features of fast curing, high strength, non-corrosive of most metal and marble, also a good weather resistance when it cured completely. It is used for aquarium, fish tank, glass curtainwall and other glass work application.
It is formulated to create a long-lasting watertight and weatherproof seal with superior flexibility and adhesion to a variety of building materials. When cured, it is firm and seal, will not crack or shrink. Easier to use and faster to skin over.

Features

Easy to use, one-part, no mixing required. Can be dispensed with an ordinary caulking gun.
Cures to a strong,flexible seal capable of withstanding movement in and around the joint.
Acetic Cure.
Can be applied in any season.
Outstanding weatherproofing abilty, resisting to ultraviolet ray,ozone, snow, or temperature extremes.
Non-slumping; can be used in vertical and overhead joints.

Shelf Life

12 months from manufacture date when store in cool dry locations below 25°C, keep away from heat source and direct sunlight during storage.

Caution

Uncured silicone can irritate eyes and skin. If contact is made with eyes, flush with water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice. Use in well ventilated area and keep out of reach for children.

Uses / Applications

1. For bonding of variety of glass work ;

2. For sealing of aquarium, fish tank, dispaly case, etc;

3. For installation of galss curtain wall and other material curtain wall;

4. For installation of different kinds of aluminum/ glass doors & windows;

5. For the joint sealing of concrete, plastic, copper, lead and zinc metal, coated glass.

How to use

1. Make sure surfaces clean and dry. Remove any soap, oil and grease.

2. Cut tip off cartridge, screw on nozzle. Cutnozzle to desired opening at 45 angle.

3. For a smooth seal hold at 45 angle and apply silicone sealant ahead of nozzle.

4. If further caulking is required, complete within 5 mins, remove excess sealant immediately with dry paper.
