1.Are you Trading Company or Manufacturer?
We are a manufacturer with 8 years of experience in manufacturing baby cradles and rocking chairs, with a factory building of 6000 square meters.

2.How can I have samples?
Our samples are ready to ship, and you can order samples directly from the page.
Please send us your address to check the shipping cost and make the payment link. Sample cost is refundable in next formal order.

3.Do you accept ODM/OEM orders?
Yes, we can accept ODM/OEM

4.What's your packing?
Our packing is 5 layers corrugated kraft cartons and 5 layers corrugated colored cartons. Large quantities of orders can be customized cartons.


5.What’s your Minimum order quantity(MOQ)?
No MOQ for branded items in stock. For customization MOQ varies from 50 to 500pcs.

6.Do you give any discount ?
Generally ,we don’t offer discount. For wholesales and strong distributors, please contact us to discuss.

7what's the shipment time?
For items at stock we arrange shipment in 2 days.
For customization items, its delivery time varies from 10-40 days.

8.Can I have my own customized product?

Yes. Your customized requirements for logo, color, package, carton mark, introduction manual etc. are very welcome.

9.What certificate do you have?

We have certificates such as CE and CPC. Also we can apply any certificate you need only if you reach the quantity requirement.

10.When can I make the payment?

For small orders, you can pay the full amount first, and then we can arrange shipment. For large volume orders or lightweight customized orders, we can accept a 30% advance payment, and the balance will be paid before leaving the factory.
